1. set GP Points in Master League Mode
2. set GP Points BaL Mode
Requirements:
1. installed .NET Framework (at least version 4.0)
how to use:
1. open ML.bin or BAL.bin
2. change your GP Points
3. push "accept" and "save" Button
4. restart PES2013.
